I got my Nintendo DSi today! *happy dance*

It's sooo amazingly spiffy just to look at that it makes you warm and fuzzy on the inside. It sucks not having a GBA slot but that's why I kept my NDS Lite instead of trading it it... Though a part of me still feels that I missed out on a crucial part of my childhood because I have never owned a Nintendo SP or any of that sort. Anywho, the DSi is grand. I bought Pokemon Platinum today as well. There's actually some subtle differences from Diamond and Pearl... so it doesn't feel as if you're playing the EXACT same game. I'm happy.

The only negative thing is my ROM card doesn't work in the DSi... There are two new cards out on the market right now but Kenny thinks we should wait I guess to see if 1) any new firmware comes out for the TTDS that we have now or if the acekard 2i gets any cheaper.

I'm glad I kept my NDS Lite. ^.^

Honestly, the DSi made my weekend... I had such a crappy one camping with my mom that if something hadn't picked me up I probably would have jumped off a tall building... or a bridge.... or a tall building on top of a bridge... made of LEGOs... Heh.
